With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we develop our own products and platforms used by everyone from small production companies to large TV stations worldwide.

Our vision is to create the market’s most reliable and innovative solutions for video over IP, where you, in the role of senior backend developer, will play a central part in driving our products forward.
What will you do?
As a backend developer at Intinor, you will be a central part of the team that builds and further develops our own products for professional video distribution. You will work in a technically advanced environment where stability, performance, and security are not just buzzwords—they are fundamental requirements for things to work when broadcasting live.
You will design and optimize APIs and system architecture, work with our tech stack consisting of C, Ruby on Rails, and Rust, and actively contribute to technical choices that impact the long-term direction of the product. You won’t just be coding; you will be shaping.
Here, you will work closely with the product, the users, and the decision-making process. You will see the results of your code, and you are expected to have an opinion about it.
Who are you?
We believe you have an academic degree in engineering physics, computer science, or another education we deem equivalent.
You have solid experience as a backend developer and feel confident taking technical ownership, from architectural decisions to lines of code that actually stand the test of time. You have built or further developed products in production environments and know what it takes when things simply must work in the real world.
Our backend stack is C, Ruby on Rails, and Rust. You don’t need to know all of them, but you need in-depth knowledge in at least a couple and a curiosity to learn the rest.
You understand the entire system flow, not just your own part of it. You enjoy contributing to technical discussions, gladly share your knowledge, and find it easy to collaborate with people from different backgrounds and with different skill sets.
It is an extra plus if you have an interest in streaming, networking, or systems-level development. And if you are curious about how AI can be used to support daily development work, we would love for you to bring that perspective into the team.
