Intinor will join our UK partner, Zest Technologies, at Stand F47 during MPTS on May 13-14 at Olympia London. Following the introduction of our latest firmware at NAB, we will showcase the latest developments in the Direkt series to the UK market.
Our focus for this year’s exhibition is on technical solutions for high-quality video contribution over unmanaged public internet connections. Daniel Lundstedt from the Intinor team will join Lorna Garrett and the Zest Technologies team to give live demonstrations.
Key Technical Highlights:
- Advanced SRT Monitoring: Real-time SRT statistics including packet loss, latency, RTT, buffer size, and data volume for precise troubleshooting.
- RTP over SRT: Implementation of SMPTE ST 2022-7 for seamless protection switching (hitless failover) within SRT workflows.
- High-Fidelity Video & HDR: Support for 10-bit input/output and HLG HDR metadata passthrough for consistent High Dynamic Range signaling.
- NDI® Advanced and NDI® 6.3: Expanded interoperability with NDI-based production environments, offering high-efficiency production with reduced end-to-end latency.
- Bifrost™ & Network Bonding: Advancements in our proprietary transport protocol to manage network jitter and packet loss using adaptive bitrate, forward error correction (FEC), and ARQ.
- Future-Proofing: Updates on Intinor’s ongoing development and roadmap for SMPTE ST 2110.
Visitors can explore the Direkt router, the “Swedish Army Knife” of video, which encodes, decodes, and routes streams simultaneously. This multi-functional architecture allows production teams to scale and adapt to remote production (REMI) setups without hardware changes.
We welcome broadcast engineers and technical directors to come and discuss workflows and learn more about how to achieve Tier 1 reliability and reduce transmission costs by utilizing public internet infrastructure.
