Umeå, Sweden, 18 August 2023 – INTINOR today announces that CEO Lina Zackrisson has decided to leave the company to take over the family business from her father. Intinor’s Board of Directors has received Zackrisson’s resignation letter and will immediately initiate a recruitment process for a new CEO. Lina Zackrisson will remain in her role as Intinor’s CEO until the end of 2023, at the latest, to ensure a smooth transition.
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Zackrisson for her leadership, vision and a strong focus on value creation over the past years,” said Fredrik Jonsson, Intinor’s Chair of the Board. “She has served during an important and growing time in Intinors’s history and made a positive and lasting impact by relentlessly focusing on driving a clear growth agenda and building the company’s capacity for future growth and internationalisation.
“The Board and I regret that Zackrisson has chosen to leave the company, but we wish her success in her future business,” Jonsson continued. “I am very happy that Zackrisson stays in her current position until the end of the year, at the latest, to ensure we keep up the momentum in strategy execution, while the Board is starting the recruitment process to find the new CEO for Intinor.”
Lina Zackrisson assumed the role of Intinor CEO on January 1st, 2022. She has led the company through a period of expansion, implementing a renewed strategy focused on the European and global market, and continued to develop the company’s leading products and services for video over the internet.
