We are looking for a CEO for our growth company that has just celebrated its 20th anniversary. We are looking for you who, in a committed way, want to continue our growth journey with the goal of also becoming Umeå’s best workplace, now that our CEO has decided to leave us to join the family business.
We are a product-owning technology company that runs extensive product development, production, sales, marketing and support. We usually have close and long-term business relationships in a growing and global industry. Intinor is already making a difference every day with our competitive products for our customers and end users. We are well positioned to continue our growth journey and become increasingly relevant to all our customers globally.
Your assignment:
As CEO, you have the legal and operational responsibility to lead Intinor to the growth and under the conditions specified by the owners in the owner’s directive. The CEO must manage the company’s day-to-day management according to the guidelines and instructions issued by the board.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have interest and experience in leadership, international sales & marketing but also business finance. We believe you have experience from previous growth journeys in small or medium-sized product owning companies. Your personality and experience are more important than your education, but we would like you to have a university education with a suitable focus. However, the most important thing is your personality as a leader and in our business.
